Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember information about your visit and preferences. Some cookies are essential for the website to function; others are used for analytics or personalisation.
We take a minimal-cookie approach. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. The cookies we set are limited to what each feature actually needs.
Tool generation — the link between your payment confirmation and your generation request is held entirely in server-side memory (a one-time token issued at checkout, expiring within 30–60 minutes), with no corresponding cookie written to your browser.
Responsible AI Studio Assistant (chatbot) — when you open the in-product chatbot we set a first-party cookie named raisChatSessionId containing a random session identifier. The cookie has a 30-day lifetime and uses SameSite=Lax. It carries no personally identifying information; it is purely the key under which your conversation is stored on our backend. You can clear it any time using the “Forget this conversation” button inside the widget. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy for the full chatbot data-handling description.
Vercel Web Analytics — Vercel, our frontend host, runs a privacy-conscious analytics script that collects only aggregate, anonymised page-view metrics. Per Vercel’s documentation, Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. We use it to understand which pages are visited and the general flow through the site.
Stripe Checkout — when you proceed to pay, you are redirected to checkout.stripe.com. Stripe sets its own cookies on that domain as part of its fraud prevention and payment processing systems. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s own cookie and privacy policies and are not under our control.
Admin pages — the founder-only admin pages under /admin/* use HTTP Basic Authentication. No cookie is set; the browser caches the credential in memory for the session.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our tools, particularly the payment verification flow.
Instructions for managing cookies in major browsers:
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date.
